Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for original artwork, provided the piece is in its original, unopened packaging and in pristine condition.
Timeframe
Once we receive your returned artwork, our team processes the refund within 5 business days. All shipping and handling fees are deducted from your final balance.
Custom Art
Custom commissioned artwork is non-refundable due to the unique nature of the piece and the time invested in its creation.
Claims
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact our gallery team immediately. We will provide a full replacement or a credit toward your next purchase.
